Webinar recordings
Protect webinars are often recorded for educational purposes.
By attending a webinar, you acknowledge that:
- The presentation and speakers may be recorded.
- Audio, video and screen sharing by speakers and panellists will form part of the recording.
- Questions submitted through the chat or Q&A may appear in the recording.
- We will make reasonable efforts not to identify attendees unless they actively participate during the webinar.
Recordings may be published on the Protect website, LinkedIn, YouTube or other Protect communication channels.
Contact from speakers and participating organisations
Protect webinars regularly feature guest speakers from member organisations and other organisations working within the financial services sector.
If, during registration, you choose to indicate that you are happy to be contacted after the webinar, Protect may share your:
- Name
- Organisation
- Job title
- Email address
with the speaker(s) and participating organisation(s) involved in that specific webinar.
They may contact you to:
- Follow up on topics discussed during the webinar
- Answer questions you may have
- Provide additional resources or information
- Discuss products, services or solutions that are relevant to the webinar topic
Your details will only be shared where you have explicitly agreed to this during registration.
Protect does not sell or share attendee information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Third-party platforms
Protect uses trusted third-party providers to deliver webinars, including:
- StreamYard
- LinkedIn Live
These organisations process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service.
