Introduction

Protect was formed on 9/9/1999 by the leading Creditor Insurers to take a leading role in co-ordinating the views of the Creditor Insurance industry, along with those of its Customers and  Clients and making these views known to the Press, ABI, FSA and any other relevant organisations.

Protect has no full-time staff and is run by a committee of senior executives from the industry.
